The hotel had excellent staff and clean facilities. The breakfast was delicious and the location was convenient for transportation.

We chose to stay in this hotel for its non-smoking policy, but our experience was far from satisfactory. the location is decent, with easy access to nearby attractions and various shops and restaurants. there were guests smoking in the corridors and restaurant, which the staff ignored, and it caused discomfort and inconvenience. the room and bathroom lacked proper maintenance, and the service was nothing exceptional. We didn't opt for breakfast, so can't say anything about it.
The hotel isn't fulfilling its non-smoking policy, which ruins the entire experience of staying here.

During my Christmas stay, I was delighted to experience the comfortable rooms and the sumptuous breakfast that was served daily. The location of the hotel was also a plus as it was conveniently located near restaurants and shops. I also particularly enjoyed the speedy Wi-Fi connection, which allowed me to stay in touch with my loved ones back home.
I was disappointed to find some guests smoking in the hallway and even in the hotel's restaurant despite it being a non-smoking area. I observed that the staff didn't seem to take a proactive approach in enforcing the no-smoking policy, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

The hotel's location was quite convenient for exploring the city. the room was clean and well, maintained. the hotel offered free Wi, Fi, which was pretty fast.
I was really disappointed with the lack of enforcement of the no smoking policy. Other guests were allowed to smoke in the hallways and even in the in, house restaurant.
